The Delaware Employment Link (DEL): The jobs that you will apply for through the Delaware Employment Link include positions classified in the merit system and non-classified merit system positions such as casual/ seasonal positions and positions exempt from the merit system. Additional Jobs: From our Homepage, you will find"Additional Jobs" in the navigational links on the left side of the page. This is a link to the career opportunities in non-merit agencies. You will need to go to each agency's employment section of their website. The link for Delaware Department of Education gives you links to careers with their department plus links to the school districts' employment sites.
Agency Websites and Other Media Sources: Agencies may also post casual/seasonal positions or exempt positions on their websites or in the newspapers without posting through the Delaware Employment Link (DEL) and may accept in person the State of Delaware paper casual/seasonal application or resumes.
