Incumbents working night shifts which include four or more hours between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day will receive 5% shift differential pay.

- Hazardous Duty Pay (HDP)- Entry level Correctional Officers will earn $3120 per year in HDP in addition to their starting salary of $30,157.00
|
| |
- Salary increased to $33,227.00 when assigned to institution
|
| |
- Vacation accrues at 10 hours per month. Rate increases with length of service.

- State paid Life Insurance
|
| |
• $2,000.00 fully paid Educator's Mutual Life insurance
• $150,000.00 fully paid, Line of Duty Life Insurance |
